Behind the scenes: painting

Once again let's peep behind the scenes. This time we'll see women being transformed into living paintworks. We'll see also a certain pic from the archives and a small excerpt from music video, related with that picture...

Started with classical picture from Fetish Transformation, where nude model is being covered with gold paint. If I had to pick a title for that picture I would call it "Submission"... Never mind... Final effect looks of course great, as you can see on their website. By the way, I love that detailed photo:

Again girl in metallic painting during studio shoot. This time silver. Seems that she required retouching...

Some black painting. Don't even know what it is, but girl looks just fantastic in black and it's pity that she wears anything at all...

Here naked girl is exposed to spectators and painted during some show (apparently hosted by Photo Academy.) Nice scene, especially as the frontal nudity is not as that common on public events...

As I said, not as that common... But another nice thing in live events is the fact, that model has to show herself to spectators. Working in studio implicates at least small dose of intimacy. Being put on public display definately not, changing the model and artist into some kind of performers...

Picture from bodypainting photo session by Tim Gratton from years ago. As far as I can remember the description, it was done in the staircase of some hotel. It's hard to find more normal quality pictures from that event. Pity, because it seems quite interesting...

I love that contrast here: Smiling artists are wearing painter's gears while the model, aside from paint, is completely naked. With closed eyes and that passive pose she really looks kinda... objectificated? Talk about "strange vibes" behind the scenes...

Don't know where that pic came from, but I think I seen this guy ahead before...

This is really something (I think). It comes from 1998 music magazine dedicated to techno music. It is a scan of small picture, hence poor quality. Unfortunately, there was no more photos from that session...

Not a professional studio I guess...

And a bonus for the pic above - small excerpt from music video the model was painted for. Today it looks (and sounds) crappy, but back in those days it was something. Paintwork and the girl herself are looking really interesting and it's a pity that she's shown only for a brief moments, espiecially that she's nude or almost nude (hard to tell due to quality) and appears in very erotic poses. Generally - it leaves wanting more... I quess the paintwork she wears took hours to complete and one could win every body painting festival with her...
