I need a help with a picture!

Searching for material for another post I found one picture which puzzles me. As far as I remember it is taken from Pinterest, but with no description or trace to the original source...

Why is this so interesting? Because it shows a half-naked woman being randomly poured with different paints and as far as I can see, they're rather ordinary house paints, not a cosmetic ones. In addition, group of people behind indicates that things are happening during some kind of performance. So maybe this is a picture from some artistic event, or maybe just an screen from arranged video. I don't know, but whatever it is, looks like a fuel for the bodypainting fetish...
