Men? No way!

Of course man's nudity isn't a subject of interest here, but this time the man is in pair with a woman. There's something special about this picture and I don't know what. Maybe quite challenging (I suppose) design to paint? Maybe that geometric, reflected background? Or maybe the fact, it combines both female and male frontal nakedness?

Usually, when both sexes poses for bodypainting together, they are somehow dressed, at least in small patches of material covering the most intimate parts. But not in this case, so I assume that picture is from some rare bodypainting shooting or performance. Not knowing where this image comes from, I have to ask you.
