Months ago, while researching the topic of "Loch Ness monster", I've found this picture...

Indeed, it resembles Gennady Gutkarts and his Nessie or other of his actions, but I think it's not the one of them. Maybe you know something? I hope to learn more about source of that picture and, if the event was recorded, it would be great to see the original video... Just let me know in the comments if you know anything...
